How it Works:

Step 1.

GradLine parameters are set to the university's specific needs. Graduate data is uploaded to the admin dashboard.

Step 2.

Graduates are emailed the unique form to personalize their slide and submit.

Step 3.

Submitted forms go into the approval process. If a form is rejected it is sent back to be edited and resubmitted.

Step 4.

Final updates and edits are made to graduates' slides. The ceremony order is set.

Step 5.

Graduates' names are professionally recorded.

Final video files are produced and sent to the university.

Step 6.

Ceremony content is played directly through GradLine or in-house from the university's IT team
