Manage every aspect of your commencement ceremony from one application. The cloud-based interface is designed to give your team all of the tools needed to upload, edit, add, and remove students easily. Your team also has access to add or remove text fields on the slide creation form as needed.
Personalized Graduate Slides
GradLine spotlights your graduates' accomplishments by listing their name, program, degree title, honors, and awards on their slides. Slides can also be personalized by each graduate with photos, videos, GIFs, and messages. Graduates can download their slides or post directly to social media.
- GradLine parameters are set to the university's specific needs. Graduate data is uploaded to the admin dashboard.
- Graduates are emailed the unique form to personalize their slide and submit.
- Submitted forms go into the approval process. If a form is rejected it is sent back to be edited and resubmitted.
- Final updates and edits are made to graduates' slides. The ceremony order is set.
Slide Creation
GradLine offers a seamless slide creation system. Graduate data is uploaded to your admin dashboard and pre-populated on each slide creation form. A unique link is emailed to each graduate to access the form that will generate their slide. Graduates are only able to edit the fields that you allow. Once the form is submitted, their slide creation is complete.
Accurate Name Pronunciation
Graduates input how to pronounce their names phonetically and record their names directly in the GradLine application. Graduates' names are professionally recorded and attached to the corresponding slide. Graduates' name pronunciations and recordings can also be given to name readers at live ceremonies to use as reference.
- The institution can deliver the audio files containing the pronunciation of the names of graduation applicants to the readers.
- Our voice-over professional can pronounce the names and create audio clips for personalized graduation slides.
