Sixteen Weeks Prior to the Event:

The University's team is onboarded on how to use GradLine

Twelve Weeks Prior to the Event:

Branded slide designs are due / Student data is uploaded into GradLine

Ten Weeks Prior to the Event:

GradLine Application opens / Students sent welcome email to create their slides

Eight Weeks Prior to the Event:

Reminder emails are sent to students with their individualized slide creation link

Six Weeks Prior to the Event:

Reminder emails are sent to students with their individualized slide creation link

Four Weeks Prior to the Event:

Reminder emails are sent to students with their individualized slide creation link

Three Weeks Prior to the Event:

GradLine Application closes (names are being recorded as slides are approved)

Two Weeks Prior to the Event:

All Student data updates, approvals and ceremony order to be finalized

Twelve Days Prior to the Event:

All data is pulled from GradLine / name recordings are finished

Five Days Prior to the Event:

Final files are sent to the University
